Pure & Simple Bluegrass

Welcome to the Pure & Simple Bluegrass Band Site.
If you don't know who we are or have never seen us, you are in for a treat. We are a 6 member band from Dothan Alabama who would rather play Bluegrass than eat, but you wouldn't know it to look at us.
We play traditional Bluegrass with a little comedy and magic thrown in and sometimes you may even hear a little Lynyrd Skynyrd. Pure & Simple Band has been playing good bluegrass music thru out the south since spring 2003.

    • I enjoyed your performance at the benefit for AJ Weeks and Faye Martin. My favorite song of the evening was the Eagles song you did.

    • We enjoyed ya'll at pickers paradise, could only make it for Saturday. If we had known ya'll were only going to play one time,we probably wouldn't have went.We loved hearing Steve do Mr. bojangles. Travis thanks for letting us use your chairs,I don't know why my miss Evelyn forgot our chairs. Congradulations on the cruise, maybe we can save enough money to go by 2011.

    • Bluegrass jam is the most fun in town. The concert time is close and intimate, and the jam time is the class event in Dothan. Too bad it's only once a month. But thanks so much for the chance! Carl
